02. Design Concept

For projects requiring a zoning review, like home additions, a 2D-floor plan sketch and site plan will be provided to help you visualize the space and set clear expectations. We’ll keep the conversation open and welcome your valued feedback.
03. Final Design & Plan
Our multi-faceted approach includes obtaining the necessary permits, finalizing materials, and selecting your desired finishes and fixtures. We’re here to answer any questions and make sure everything stays on budget, so there are no surprises along the way.
