As a digital-first company, we’ve invested in advanced cloud technologies to streamline the client experience and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Our clients will benefit from a personalized portal, keeping them informed on project status, timelines, and tasks.
What kind of assurances and warranty do you offer on your work?
We offer a comprehensive 10 year structural and installation warranty, with a 3 year parts and defects warranty—assuming the parts are purchased through us or our suppliers. Additionally, we have 5 million dollars in liability coverage and damage and theft, equalling the total cost of your job on all our projects.
How do your pricing and costing models work?
Generally we like to provide fixed prices with a scope of work. Many traditional contractors will provide itemized pricing and then any additional costs that come up become the burden of the owner. What you are quoted from the start is what you pay. No surprises.
Can you help with permits and zoning requirements?
Yes, we handle all necessary build permits and ensure compliance with local zoning requirements for your project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we have the necessary liability insurance coverage and are a registered licensed contractor within the province of Ontario.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we provide free budgetary estimates and in-home consultations to give you a clear understanding of the project scope and cost.
What is your design process like?
We typically recommend starting with an initial in-home consultation. If you decide we’re a good fit for your project, we’ll move on to the design concept phase, where we help develop and bring your vision to life. This leads to the final design and plan stage, where our team collaborates closely with you to detail every aspect of your renovation, right down to the finishes.
