A young family chose to completely remodel their 100+ year-old semi-detached home in Old Toronto, adding a 1,500 sq ft extension. Their goal was to create a modern, contemporary space while ensuring the new addition blended with the character of the existing home.

This couple envisioned a home that reflected their evolving modern style, enhanced functionality, and greater comfort. As such, they took the bold step of a complete gut renovation to reimagine their space. To further enhance their lifestyle, we added a secondary cabin unit, perfect for hosting guests or serving as a peaceful remote office.

Located in the vibrant High Park/Bloor West region, this homeowner wanted a fresh, inviting space that reflected their personal style. We re-fitted the condo with a sleek, modern kitchen featuring premium finishes imported from Italy. Additionally, we transformed the primary and guest bathrooms, giving them a fresh, contemporary look that perfectly complements the overall design.
